We are not your average hotel! Our suites are large and condo-style, offering all the comforts of home. Our suites range from 700 to 1200 sqft. All two bedrooms have a full bathroom plus a powder room for ease of sharing with others. The full size kitchens are equipped so you can seamlessly prepare a full meal. We offer contactless check-in and checkout to offer privacy and flexibility. We don’t have a front desk because our staff are usually in action around the hotel, we can be reached by phone 1-902-915-4841 or 1-866-904-3006. We believe in allowing space for guests’ independence. We do not offer housekeeping during your stay, we fully stock suites with all the amenities you could need during your stay knowing you will thrive in the peaceful environment we have provided. Should anything come up and you need assistance we are just a phone call away!

    • 50% refund up to 7 days before arrival

    • Less than 7 days there will be no refund

    • 50% payment is due at time of your booking

    • The remaining balance is due 5 days before your arrival

    • A pre-authorization of a $250 security deposit is held on your credit card during your stay. If no damages occur during your stay the full deposit will be automatically refunded to you upon check-out.

  • • Check-in anytime after 4pm

    • As this is a self check-in Hotel, you will be provided with a key code to access the building and your suite

    • Three days prior to your arrival (or sooner if your booking is within three days) you will receive comprehensive check in instructions along with a unique link and password to our digital house manual

    • You may enter the Hotel through the front or back entrances

    • We do not have staff present to assist you with your luggage

  • • Check-out is by 11am.

  • • There are no staff present on the premises

    • We offer a 24/7 virtual concierge service

  • • We trust that you will leave your suite in the condition that you found it when you checked in

    • You will be responsible for any damaged or missing items that occurred during your stay with us

    • You will receive access to it via email once we receive your booking as well it’s on a sign in your suite

  • • We kindly ask that you separate your garbage and recycling in the bins provided in the kitchen island, more sorting information can be found in the Virtual House Manual

    • More bags plus the sorting guide can be found when you open the garbage drawer in the island and there’s a subtle drawer right above the cans with everything inside

  • • One space per vehicle is allotted to each guest suite

    • Our parking spaces are identified by Suite #

    • We appreciate you parking carefully so that other guests can easily park in their spot

  • • There is no smoking allowed anywhere inside the Hotel

    • We ask that you respect our other guests regarding noise levels and loud music, particularly in the late evening

    • We are dog friendly but please speak with us in advance of booking if you wish to bring your pet, we request they stay off furniture to avoid damage and excessive cleaning

  • • We do not have a restaurant on the premises or provide room services however we are in walking distance to multiple coffee shops, bars and restaurants on Main Street just out our front or back door
